to pre-screen and recruit consumers that meet our clients' carefully
defined requirements. For in-home product testing studies, qualified
participants receive product samples and return online to complete
post-product use surveys. Since 2000 we have been distributing in-home
product testing samples throughout the country.

half of Market Reader Pro™ market research services are for
international markets and clients. In addition to sampling the domestic
market we perform primary consumer research in non-U.S. markets.

and Respondent Recruitment

Pro™ Panel: We have well over 102,000 members in our panel,
and this number is growing by 40 to 300 new panelists every day.
Using our panel, we maintain a completion rate of approximately
10 to 35 percent for all our studies.
Survey respondents
are typically drawn from the international database of interested
consumers. Our online panel is primarily female U.S. consumers,
with a growing number of men and Europeans.
We have already categorized panelists based on demographic factors
including ethnicity, type of neighborhood (rural, urban, suburban),
geographic region of the U.S., age and income. This knowledge would
be helpful in that Market Reader Pro™ could quickly assemble
a panel which would meet your “target group” requirements.
Additional factors needed for meeting “target group”
requirements would be screened for in the initial online recruitment
for a particular study.
